In November 2021, Bailey built & managed the social media presence for The Femmes, a wedding and party band of all women and non-binary musicians in the Greater Boston area. Today, Bailey serves as the Marketing Manager and has led the band to collectively gain 11,000+ followers & cultivate strong relationships with clients.
